Morro Bay Sandpiper Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you made a reservation within 3 days of arrival your reservation is considered non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside the room. Smoking inside will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $ 100.00; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Morro Bay allows pets--making it a good choice for pet-friendly travel. Pets allowed on the ground floor. Must request pet room in advance via phone, email or booking. Pets cannot be left in room unattended. All pets have a $25.00 Pet fee per night. (Limit 2 pets per room).
Occupancy based on 2 people; additional $10.00 per person. Any misuse or damages will be the sole responsibility of the guest and may be charged accordingly. Please respect your neighbor's privacy and solitude, just as you would like it.
This way all our guest can have a relaxing visit.
Any unauthorized "guest or pet" will result in a $30.00 extra fee.
There is a service charge (resort fee) of $5 per room, per night.
Special requests may be subject to a fee.
One parking space per reserved room.
